Informational Paternity Test results cannot be used for any type of legal purpose, such as adding or removing a father’s name from the child’s birth certificate, child support, visitation, or other types of legal/verified situations. If you are not planning to use these test results for any type of legal reason, then this test can provide you answers and peace of mind. Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Cancellations All sales and payment(s) for testing services and At Home DNA Testing Kits are final. Clients are allowed 1 courtesy appointment reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the intended appointment. After the courtesy is extended, you will need to rebook your service. If Onsite DNA & Genetics Testing requires sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. Please email support@OnsiteLabs.net for all refund questions or concerns. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE ALLOWED AT THE TESTING LOCATION OR DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT. Only the parties being tested should be present.
